The following are the Trading Terms and Conditions governing the sale of goods by Cardboards to the purchaser.

As the use of this site is regulated by these Terms and Conditions please read them carefully before completing your order. By making a purchase on this site you automatically signify your consent to these Terms and Conditions. Cardboards reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which covers faulty materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase by the original buyer only. Possible warranty items must be returned or digital images e-mailed to Cardboards for inspection. No commitment to warranty a product will be made until an inspection has been conducted. Products found to be faulty will be replaced or repaired at Cardboards' discretion. Return freight will be borne by the Purchaser. Freight charges to return the product to the Purchaser if a warranty claim is granted will be borne by Cardboards. No claims will be accepted for damage or injury to person(s) or property, directly or indirectly caused by this failure.

Goods will be freighted to your delivery address by a freight company of Cardboards' choosing. For international deliveries all import/export duties and taxes will be incurred by the purchaser. All delays incurred by import/export custom duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Cardboards must be notified within seven days of receipt of goods that are damaged or have been incorrectly invoiced. Failure to do so constitutes an acceptance of the sale and of the terms of the invoice.

All prices shown on this website are in Australian Dollars and are subject to change without notice. All prices include GST except where noted otherwise.

Cancellation of an order is only possible within 24 hours of the order being placed. These cancellations will attract a 10% administration and processing fee.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE MADE WHEN THE CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER IS MADE AFTER 24 HOURS OF THE INITIAL ORDER TIME.

By purchasing this product you automatically indemnify Cardboards and anyone connected with Cardboards from any legal responsibility for any damage to any property, injury or death to any person(s), or any legal action arising directly or indirectly from the use of Cardboards products.

In submitting a photo for inclusion in our Riders gallery you warrant that the submitted photo is your property and/or that you have permission from the copyright owner(s). Submitted photos must not be unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. Submitted photos must not infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right of any party. In submitting a photo you grant Cardboards the right to display, transmit and process the photo until such time as you remove the photo. You agree to indemnify and hold Cardboards and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by you or any third party due to or arising out of photos you submit, the display, processing or transmission of photos you submit, or your violation of any rights of another. Cardboards reserves the right to reject and delete submitted photos in its sole discretion without provision of reason or notice.

Your privacy is important to Cardboards. Your e-mail address and account details will never be released to any other business or company, and at any time you may opt in or out of our e-mail newsletter by editing your account details.

Your payment details are protected at all times by industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. Cardboards does not archive credit card details - all payment details are destroyed when your order is finalised and processed.

Your account is your responsibility - keep your password private at all times. Passwords are irreversibly hashed and cannot be viewed or recovered by Cardbards, however you may reset your account password in the event that you cannot recall your password.
